Who can get it?
The following persons who have an electronic cabinet in the "Affordable Housing" system* and who choose an apartment through that system are entitled to use this loan:
The following persons are members of the young family:
- Children of a martyr
- Children of a Hero of the Patriotic War of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Children of a National Hero of Azerbaijan;
- A person who has served in the civil service for at least 3 years, including a special type of civil service;
- A person who has worked as a teacher in a state educational institution for at least 3 years;
- A person with a Doctor of Philosophy degree;
- A person with special services in the field of sports (honored figure of physical education and sports, winner of national competitions (1st place), prize-winner of international competitions (1st, 2nd or 3rd place);
- A person who has worked as a journalist for at least 5 years and is included in the Media Register.
Other persons, regardless of age or marital status:
- A person with a scientific degree of Doctor of Sciences;
- A person who has served in the civil service for at least 15 years, including a person who has served in a special type of civil service;
- A person who has served in the military service for at least 3 years (except for military personnel on active military service for a fixed period), as well as military personnel of the Republic of Azerbaijan who have been discharged from the reserve or have been discharged from the reserve in cases provided for in Articles 41.0.6, 41.0.7, 41.0.8, 41.0.10, 42.0.3, 42.0.4 and 42.0.5 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Military Duty and Military Service”);
- A person with a special rank who has served in the internal affairs bodies for at least 3 years;
- Scientific workers who have worked in a scientific position for at least 3 years;
- A person who has worked as a teacher in a state general education institution for at least 15 years;
- A person who has worked as a journalist for at least 15 years and is included in the Media Register;
- A member of a martyr's family (husband/wife);
- A Hero of the Patriotic War of the Republic of Azerbaijan (himself, husband/wife);
- A National Hero of Azerbaijan (himself, husband/wife);
Note: A family or individual eligible for a preferential mortgage loan can only use this right once.
