The "Express Experience" Summer Internship Program, implemented by Expressbank to support the professional development of youth and help them gain practical experience in the banking sector, has concluded.
Out of 2,000 candidates who applied to the program, 22 young individuals who successfully passed the selection stages were enrolled in the internship program. During the program, participants had the opportunity to work in various departments of the bank, combining their theoretical knowledge with a real working environment, developing their professional skills, and closely learning the operating principles of the banking sector.
During the internship, the participants got to know the real work environment at Expressbank, took part in executing various projects and tasks, and benefited from the expertise of the bank's professional staff. As part of the program, participants gained the opportunity to develop teamwork, effective communication, analytical thinking, initiative, and other professional skills.
Several participants who distinguished themselves through their active engagement, professional approach, and performance results during the internship have already been hired at Expressbank and joined the team. An additional 6 participants are continuing their internship based on their own request. These participants may be considered for employment when relevant vacancies arise at the bank.
Thus, the "Express Experience" program served as an important platform for young people not only to gain practical experience, but also to test their potential in the banking sector, develop professional skills, and move one step closer to future career opportunities.
