We are pleased to announce that we have expanded our branch network to 18 locations, bringing our services even closer to our customers. 2 new branches of our bank opened simultaneously in Baku's Bakikhanov and Hazi Aslanov areas.
The Bakikhanov branch opened first, followed by the Hazi Aslanov branch, with both ceremonies attended by our bank's senior management and customers.
The opening ceremony began with a speech by Mehman Mammadov, Chairman of the Management Board. In his address, he emphasized that maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality remains one of the core principles guiding our bank's operations, noting that the launch of the new branches is a natural continuation of this approach.
Guests then toured the branches' service areas and learned about the range of banking services available on-site. Special gifts were presented to the branches' first customers.
Built on a modern concept, the new branches offer a full range of services, including cash and settlement transactions, account opening, various loan and deposit products, card services, money transfers, currency exchange, and more.
In addition, our new service points provide small and medium-sized businesses, as well as micro-entrepreneurs, with prompt access to financing solutions and banking products tailored to their day-to-day business needs, delivered by an expanded service team. The Hazi Aslanov branch is located at 64 Mahammad Hadi Street, Khatai district, while the Bakikhanov branch is located at 47 Ulvi Rajabli Street, Sabunchu district.
At Expressbank, we believe that expanding our service network will continue to be one of the key priorities of our operations, as we work toward convenient, accessible banking solutions and an ever-improving customer experience.
