Expressbank, one of the leading banks in Azerbaijan, taking care of the convenience of its customers, became the first bank to start cooperation with the e-government development center ( E-gov). This allowed him to speed up the process of servicing individuals already from February 15 of this year.
Initiated by E-gov, the ASAN Finance project is aimed at a complete transfer of relations between financial institutions and citizens to digital format.
In an effort to improve the speed and efficiency of the services provided, Expressbank became the first bank in the country to implement the ASAN Finance project in the area of consumer loans, which provided customers with more efficient services.
According to the deputy director of the Retail Banking Department, Farid Salakhov, from now on, individuals will be able to apply for a loan by presenting a smaller set of documents.
“We, as a bank, having joined the ASAN Finance project, have accelerated and facilitated the process of servicing our clients. Due to the reduction of time and resource costs, now customers can get a cash loan in 20 minutes, ”said Salahov.
“All the necessary information for the rapid issuance of cash loans is provided to the bank by the E-Government Development Center, in a completely safe and automatic mode. Expressbank is the first bank in Azerbaijan to join the project and begin its practical implementation, ”he stressed.
The Bank also collaborates with the E-Government Development Center to simplify the process of opening accounts for legal entities. In the near future, opportunities created for individuals will be available for legal entities.
According to the results of 2018, the number of serviced individuals in Expressbank increased by 23 percent, and legal entities - by 42 percent. One of the factors that influenced the growth in the number of customers was the constant striving of the bank towards automation and acceleration of customer service processes.
