Fuad Fikrat oglu Muradaliyev has been appointed as a Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Bank.
Fuad Muradaliyev has over 10 years of professional experience in the financial sector. Throughout his career, he has primarily worked in banking, gaining extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in financial management, budgeting, risk assessment, and strategic planning.
Prior to this appointment, he served as the Director of the Finance Department at Expressbank, where he played a key role in shaping and effectively managing the Bank’s financial strategy.
Earlier in his career, he held senior financial positions at Bank of Baku, steadily advancing and further strengthening his expertise in finance.
He holds the FRM® (Financial Risk Manager) certification awarded by the Global Association of Risk Professionals. In addition, he has successfully completed Level II of the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) program conducted by the CFA Institute.
Fuad Muradaliyev earned his higher education in Finance from Azərbaycan Dövlət İqtisad Universiteti, obtaining both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees.
His contribution in the new role is expected to further strengthen Expressbank’s financial stability and support its strategic growth.
