  • How to get a customer ID number?

      To receive the client code, it is enough to send a message with the text “ID” to the short number 8132. Please also note that the message must be sent from the mobile number specified in the banking system.

  • How to get 3D security code? (OTP)

      During online transactions, the OTP code is automatically sent to your number specified in the system. In case of difficulties with receiving a message, we ask you to make sure that your number is bi-directional/active

  • How to set a new number for SMS-banking service?

      You can change the SMS notification service number via Expressbank ATMs or by contacting the Contact Center at 8132

  • Is it possible to recover a forgotten pin code?

      In order to use card PIN recovery service, please contact our branches. The cost of the service is 2 AZN. If your card does not support this service, please place an order for a new card.

  • What should I do if my card is lost?

      In case your plastic card is lost, it is recommended to block it for security purposes using the Express24 mobile application or by contacting Expressbank Information Center at 132. To purchase a new card linked to the same account number, you can contact our branches. To order a card linked to a different account number, you can use the Express24 mobile application or the Expressbank official website.
