Born in 1977, in Baku city. In 1999, graduated from the Azerbaijan State Economic Institute, Faculty of Accounting and Audit. Since 1999, began to work as an accountant in various companies and subsequently held various positions until the Deputy Chief Director. Since March 06, 2020 had acted as Member of the Supervisory Board of Expressbank OJSC. By the decision of shareholders’ extraordinary General Meeting dated June 30, 2020, Afgan Javadov was appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Expressbank OJSC.

Samira Gahramanova is a graduate of Qafqaz University with a degree in State and Municipal Administration.

Since 2006, she has worked in various positions in the banking sector. Since 2022, she has continued her career as the Director of the Risk Management Department at Expressbank. According to the decision of the Supervisory Board of "Expressbank" OJSC dated November 21, 2024, she has been appointed as a member of the bank"s Supervisory Board.

Born on July 14, 1966. In 1992, graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Baku State University. During his career, F.Mammadov held various positions in - the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Agency for the Development of Small and Medium Businesses, and the International Finance Corporation, part of the World Bank. Since 2021, he has been working in Expressbank OJSC as Head of the Corporate law division. By the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Bank dated September 4, 2023, he was appointed a Member of the Supervisory Board.

Was born in 1966. In 1992, graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Baku State University. By the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Bank dated September 4, 2023, he was appointed a Member of the Supervisory Board. "At the same time, by the decision of the Supervisory Board of Expressbank OJSC dated November 22, 2024, he was elected as the Chairman of the Bank"s Audit Committee."

Was born in 1974. In 1997, graduated from the Azerbaijan State Economic University on “Accounting, control and audit”. Came to banking sector in 1995. Since 2010, has worked at “Expressbank” first as a director of Finance department, then director of Internal audit departmanet. Member of the Internal Audit Expert Group of the Azerbaijan Banks Association and the International Institute of Auditors. 

Esmira Mammadova

Was born in 1992. Has a Bachelor"s degree in “Translation studies” from the Azerbaijan University of Languages and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Azerbaijan State Economic University. Since 2014, has worked as a specialist in Law enforcement and risk management division of Internal audit departament, then as an auditor and a leading auditor. In September 2019, was appointed a Member of the Audit Committee. Member of the International Institute of Auditors. 

Mehman Mammadov

Was born in 1973. In 1994 Mr.Mammadov graduated Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction on "Industrial and Civil construction" faculty. Later, in 2003, he graduated Azerbaijan State Econmic University on "Finance and Credit" faculty. Since 1995 he has been working in banking sector. Since 2012 the Director of Loans department of Expressbank. Since 2017, the member of the Board. By the decision of the Supervisory Board Since 24-th February 2020 is Chairman of the Executive Board.

Was born in 1982. He graduated from the Azerbaijan Technical University on “Technical operation of vehicles” faculty and took MBA degree in International Business School of Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation on “Banking Management” faculty. Came to banking system in 2006. Since 2009, holding various positions at “Expressbank” OJSC. In 2019, was appointed Chief Operating Officer and Member of the Management Board. Since 2021, has been appointed Deputy CEO and Chief Financial Officer.
